  We purchased all new stainless steel appliances from this Famous Tate about a month ago. When they delivered the refrigerator, there was a big scratch across one of the doors. We called Jim Quigley, our salesperson, and he assured us they would be calling to schedule a replacement door within the next week. Well, we never heard from Famous Tate again and now, every time we call, Jim isn’t available and never returns our phone calls. We’ve even been told “the manager” would call us back and nobody ever returns a phone call. So now, after spending $5000 at this Famous Tate, we have a scratched refrigerator and can’t get anyone to help us. So, good luck buying appliances here. If you have any kind of problem, customer service goes out the door as soon as they have your $$. I would never buy anything from Famous Tate again. UPDATE: They came and replaced the door the week after I posted this review. Still a hassle, but at least they take their customer reviews seriously.
