  I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with Hurst Hardwoods. I am a homeowner doing a DIY renovation and the floors were our first major decision. They proved to be the most challenging decision we would make related to materials. Rob was exceptionally helpful. The sample pieces we received in the mail were large enough to give us an idea of how the finished product might look. We went through 3 rounds of samples before we found the right one. Rob was patient and informative throughout. The price couldn't be beat and shipping was fast. We've had the floors installed for three weeks now. While the place is still a construction zone, the floors look fantastic! They look far more expensive than they were. They went in easily and seem to be quite durable. The dog scratched our real hardwood floors within a week, but the Hurst engineered floors have withstood her nails without a hint of scratching.
